How long have you had the plant? 1 to 6 months.
The leaves are droopy. Even the new ones have unfurled by they are very droopy. This all started about 2 weeks ago.

Substrate:
Light: I hope those blinds are open most of the time. The average strength of indirect light should be in the 200-400 FC range, which is only possible right up in front of a very large, unobstructed window (but if you want to be sure, you need to measure).
Watering: the WHEN and HOW you water sound good to me.
Expectations: The droopy-ness of your leaves does not look concerning to me. The overall plant looks fine. The newest leaf will always be floppy but as it develops over the next few weeks, it will become more firm.
